Recent clinical trials would indicate that this analogue of piracetam might be the most potent.

One clinical trial described optimum piracetam dosages at 100mg per Kg body weight, whereas pramiracetam was 15mg/ Kg body weight, effectively up to 7 times stronger.

Regular doses of pramiracetam are one tablet (600mg each) once or twice daily (see notes at base of Nootropic section).

Remember that all Nootropics are synergistic with each other and with other brain nutrition products, (for example: choline, DMAE, Hydergine, Centrophenoxine etc.). When combining these products the individual doses may have to be reduced in order to avoid possible side effects of nausea and headaches.

Chemical: Pramiracetam

EXCIPIENTS: Microcrystalline cellulose, precipitate silica, crospovidone, calcium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyethylene glycol 400.

DESCRIPTION: The main ingredient of NEUPRAMIR is pramiracetam, a pharmaceutical product with nootropic* effects. Experimental studies have proved it to be effective in improving memory and learning capacity.

This medicine has a sedative effect, which does not influence the activity of the autonomous nervous system. Its action is mildly dis-inhibitory and anti-depressant.

Clinical studies have demonstrated that, when administered to patients suffering from the mild or moderate cerebral decline which accompanies old age, pramiracetam is effective in improving attention span, learning capacity, memory, time-space orientation and overall mental performance.
Toxicological studies in animals have shown that humans possess a good level of tolerance of a 1200-mg daily treatment for up to one year.

NEUPRAMIR IS RECOMMENDED FOR: Attention or memory disorders of a degenerative or vascular nature in the elderly.

POSOLOGY: The recommended dosage is one 600-mg tablet twice daily, morning and evening.
Clinical effects will not be seen before 4-8 weeks of treatment.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Individual hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Serious renal problems.

UNPLEASANT SIDE EFFECTS: Pramiracetam is usually well tolerated. In particularly sensitive patients, however, the following mild side effects have been seen: nervousness of a psychomotor nature, insomnia, dysphoria, gastralgia and phyrosis (heartburn).

The following have also been observed, although less frequently: dizziness, trembling, urinary and faecal incontinence, confusion, nausea, and anorexia, xenostomia (dry mouth), cramp symptoms.

CAUTION: In the case of mild renal disorders, this product should be taken with caution and with a sufficiently lowered dosage.

WARNING: Women should not take this product who are pregnant or who believe they may be.
Do not use this product following the expiry date shown on the box.
