Yohimbine is the only substance with a specific
FDA-approved indication as an aphrodisiac.
There has been a significant improvement in our
sex since using Yohimbine, now we feel we are closer than ever before.
Product Information: Yohimbine - Yocoral
Its action increases blood flow to the penis and increases the level of the neurotransmitter norepinephrine by 68% (once described as the body's sex chemical).
Yohimbine has also been shown to increase the availability of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine; and all these factors are involved in the frequency, strength and stamina of penile erection. Furthermore, Yohimbine has been shown to increase the force and the amount of ejaculate enhancing the male orgasm.
Not surprisingly then, yohimbine is clinically effective for over 67% of men who use it.
Doses for impotence are one or two tablets (5mg each) three times daily for 3 to 6 weeks, or for sexual enhancement one or two tablets an hour before sex.
Avoid continuous use or if you suffer from blood pressure problems.
Chemical: Yohimbine Hydrochloride 5mg in a yellow. (Yohimbine is generally recognised as a safe and effective aphrodisiac with a long established usage).
Uses: In the management of cases of failure of sexual desire and functioning. Indicated in the treatment of diminished libido and impaired sexual function especially psycogenic, secondary male erectile impotence. Treatment to be continued until the required therapeutic response is obtained. Treatment should be commenced with 1 capsule three times daily increasing to 2 capsules three times daily after two or three weeks if necessary. Female patients should interrupt treatment for one week every two months. Patients should be advised to refrain from sexual intercourse during the first 12 to 14 days of treatment, but should be encouraged to practise sensate focus. A satisfactory therapeutic response is usually achieved after three weeks, although in some cases an earlier improvement has been noted.
Contra-indications, Warnings etc: Yocoral is contra-indicated in cases of inflammatory disease of the urogenital tract and in cases of known or suspected prosthetic or mammary cancer, hypercalciuria, hypercalcaemia, nephritic syndrome, ischaemic heart disease or untreated congestive heart failure, or in pregnancy. Plain Prowess is also contra-indicated in cases of glaucoma, extrapyramidal disorders and hyperexcitable states.
Precautions and Warnings: Patients,
especially the elderly with the following conditions, should be monitored,
latent or overt cardiac failure, renal or hepatic dysfunction, hypertension,
epilepsy or migraine (or a history of these conditions), since androgens
may occasionally induce sodium or water retention. A decrease in protein
bound iodine (PBI) may occur, but this has no clinical significance.
Drug Interactions: Concurrent administration of liver enzyme inducing drugs such as Rifampicin, Barbiturates, Carbamazepine, Dichloralphenazone, Phenylbutazone, Phenytoin and Primidone may decrease the effect of Yocoral.
Pharmaceutical Precautions: Plain Prowess should be stored in the original pack, preferably at a cool temperature (below 25 degrees Celsius) and in dry conditions. Protect from light.
