The Purchaser accepts and agrees that:

• The Seller assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the use of any of the products sold.
• The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use of any of the products sold and will not hold The Seller liable for any damages suffered whatsoever, whether direct or consequential.
• The Purchaser will only use the products sold under the guidance of The Purchaser's physician.
• The Seller does not offer medical advice. All information is supplied on an educational basis and should not be construed to replace that of a physician's. All translations are offered on a best effort basis. Any opinions stated are not necessarily those of The Seller. Where applicable, in accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, material is distributed without profit to those who have expressed a prior interest in receiving the information for research and educational purposes.
• The Seller specifically does not make any claims for the products sold.
• The Purchaser is at least 18 years old and of legal age and capacity in their country of residence.
• The Purchaser has checked and confirmed that the products being ordered are legal in The Purchaser's state/country, i.e. the destination to which the products will be shipped.
• The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for dealing with the consequences of any detention or confiscation of the product by any customs or other government agencies.
• The Seller makes no warranties, whether expressed or implied, with regard to any of the products sold.
• The Purchaser will bring no legal action against The Seller, it's employees or shareholders. This includes any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated or attempted by law enforcement and/or government agents and/or their agencies.
